MetaCloud Storage Area Network (SAN)

MetaClouud Cloud SAN is the robust and fastest way to store & access your data around the globe. Our Storage Area Networks are used by enterprises for business-critical applications that need to deliver high throughput and low latency. MetaCloud SAN deployment leverages all-flash storage to gain its high performance, consistent low latency, and lower total cost when compared to traditional spinning disks. MetaCloud SAN enables organizations to apply consistent methodologies and tools for security, data protection, and disaster recovery.

Cases Where MetaCloud Storage Is Used

MetaCloud SAN is a preferred deployment choice to support performance-sensitive and business-critical applications such as:

Oracle databases. Microsoft SQL Server databases.

Large virtualization deployments using VMware, KVM, or Microsoft Hyper-V.

Apps / Media Hosting (video, photo, or audio assets).

Large virtual desktop infrastructures (VDIs)

SAP or other large ERP or CRM environments

Host and manage all static website content

Key Features

MetaCloud All-Flash Storage or a Solid-State Array (SSA) comprises multiple Flash SSDs which offer speed, performance, and low latency storage. This provides significant performance, power consumption, and cooling benefits over traditional spinning media. The I/O capability of Flash SSDs is 10x faster than spinning drives.

All-Flash storage contains no moving parts, which means significantly less heat generated, less power utilized, and less maintenance. From a functional standpoint, All-Flash technology powered by Intel® Xeon® processors provides vastly superior performance; fewer spikes in latency, better disaster recovery, support of real-time analytics, and much faster data transfer rates.
